Self-Build Zone, one of the leading providers of Self-build and Custom Build insurance, showed their support for Text Santa this year by hosting a Christmas jumper day on the 18th of December.
Self-Build Zone is proud to support ITV’s Text Santa annual fundraising appeal, which aims to give hope to families in difficulty. The initiative works with Macmillan Cancer Support, Make-A-Wish UK and Save the Children.
Text Santa is a charity initiative helping those affected by crises, which includes granting wishes to children fighting life-threatening conditions and helping fund nurses so those with cancer get the care they need. The Text Santa appeal provides help and hope to families in the UK and overseas.
Since first launched in 2011, more than £21 million has been raised in support of 22 different charities and significant awareness around the vital work each charity contributes.
Self-Build Zone decided to show their support for the appeal this year by hosting a Christmas jumper day on the 18th of December, the whole company took part and raised £266.80.
Paul Kempton, Managing Director of Self Build Zone and Sennocke said:
“We are very proud to have taken part in Christmas Jumper day this year. The support these three charities provide to families within the UK and abroad is nothing short of inspiring. They inspire, engage and empower the nation to make a difference and give hope at Christmas and the team at Self-Build Zone were inspired to make this our main aspiration during the festive season.”
